Who can use Toehold

You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email.

Not medical advice

Toehold is a focus and productivity tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or replace professional care for ADHD or anything else. If you’re struggling, talk to a doctor.

Rooms

Rooms are for focusing together. Keep names and status lines clean: no hate, harassment, sexual content, impersonation or anyone’s personal information. Don’t use rooms to contact people who don’t want to hear from you. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Toehold Plus

Plus is an optional subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Trials convert to paid unless you cancel before they end. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies. The core of Toehold (the Now card, toeholds, the time band, the catch tray up to its limit, joining rooms and the week view) stays free.

Fair use

Don’t tamper with the app or the API, scrape it, or try to access other people’s data.

Availability

We work hard to keep Toehold running, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date above, and continuing to use Toehold means you accept the new terms.
