I didn’t get my sign-in code. Codes can take a minute. Check spam and promotions. Only the newest code works. Use “Resend code” after 30 seconds.

The time band is hard to read. Tap the band during a session to see the minutes for a few seconds, or turn on “Show minutes as numbers” in Settings.

I don’t see the session on my lock screen. Allow notifications for Toehold in your phone’s settings. The “Running session” channel is silent on purpose.

How do I join a friend’s room? Now → Focus with others → type their code → Join.

How do I cancel Toehold Plus? Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Toehold.

Restore Plus on a new phone. Sign in, open the Plus screen and tap Restore.
