Delete your Toehold account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Toehold and tap the settings icon at the top of the Now screen.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete everything.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email Show email address from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Toehold account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in and email, your name, every task and toehold, every focus session, rooms you started, your room memberships and status lines, and the reports and blocks you made. Backups roll off within 30 days.

What doesn’t

Anonymous totals that can’t identify you, such as how many sessions started this week, stay. If you subscribed to Toehold Plus, cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions), because deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription.
